Another vote for AVG, also Spybot Search & Destroy, Adaware and also CCleaner. Those are 4 of the first things to be installed on any new PC that I own.

I agree, I have been using avg antivirus for going on eight years. its free , and its easy to use! ad aware also helps alot for spyware.(ill tell u a little secret.....thats what the geeks at bestbuy use to remove spyware.......I work there lol.) Now that i think about it Ive never spent a dime on either software for my pcs'. You can have avg do automatic updates and system scans. adaware needs to be run constantly. and I also reccomment zone alarm firewall . all these can be downloaded at download.com the only thing about the zone alarm is it has to be re installed like every 2 months but its a breeze. hope this helps!

I used to be a ZoneAlarm user as well... that it until I seen this leak test result and changed over to Comodo Firewall. Light years ahead in protection. Not for the simple PC techs, but still, with some minimal effort anyone can learn to run Comodo...

Zone Alarm gets corrupted too easy. I was constantly fighting it so it would work. Plus, I did not like the "smart engine" they invoked. Just b/c I said "allow" a few times to let email access the internet doesn't mean I wanted it to always "allow" it. I sometimes downloaded crap b/c ZA decided it was smarter than me. (I am a control freak, I admit that).
But, you guys also know about MailWasher, too? The free one you only get one account but with Pro (paid) you can add as many email accounts as you want. I think the paid version you also will let you figure in Yahoo mail but not certain about Hotmail. Just let it check your mail at server, you got junk, delete at mail server and download whatever mail you have left. There is a preview pane, plus a quick reply button that I use a lot. Read, reply, delete w/o opening Outlook. Keeps a lot of nasty stuff from ever hitting your computer. Just FYI for those who are interested.

Simple solutions to your problem are: A Master Reset or you may have to edit the binary information by encrypting the decimals of the dynamic part of the triothonic file..duh who doesnt know that? .... Make sure you dont overclock your multilomoter when you editing the binary files b/c it might reconfigure your harddrive and your q might blowup.
See? Simple solutions.
