yea, then they announce today that they are intercepting over a billion dollars worth of those checks, for child support, back fed taxes and state taxes....so how does that help the economy?

Thats kind of a good thing. Nothing worse then a dude who doesnt take care of his kids financially. Those dead-beat dads are gonna get whats comming to them!!!!!!
