learn how to talk to your partner..like you did this too me, you sob, etc...it will make u feel better jk
Haha!! I will see what I can do about the partner talking..

The only reservation I really have about a midwife (because I would like to have a home birth if I go with a midwife) is the fact that if something were to go wrong and we needed to be at the hospital like.. immediately, it would break my heart.

I don't know. I am super scared either way. I'm 22 and nervous as hell about having a child. I know I will be a great parent, and my significant other is VERY supportive and very excited... it's just scary to me, but in a good way.

pregnancy and birth all have a way of working out. No matter where you decide to give birth their are risks. I did not want a home birth lol, gimme the cushy hospital bed. Being young and healthy is a good start.Really all you can do is take care of your self and let nature do the rest. SO can pitch in, like you said SO is supportive so So will need to keep that up. Best thing in the world is a supportive and present partner. There is no drug or anything else that can replace that.

I also enjoyed being pregnant. Just the simple joy of bringing a brand spanking new person here to love and teach. Enjoy the difference in your body too. If you don't have much up top now you will real soon. I'm sure your SO will really enjoy that added benefit. The mood swings suck but it is what it is.

Having a home birth never interested me either. Give me the cushy hospital room with nurses catering to me. When I had my babies they kept them in the nursery so the mothers could rest. Now they leave them in your room but I guess considering they kick you out of the hospital so soon I guess it doesn't matter.

Just take it one day at a time and take care of yourself. I know being sick 24/7 tends to put you off food. But you need to try and find something that your body can tolerate so that you can get some nutrients because the baby is find. She's pulling from your reserve.

We at EQ are here for any advice, chats, concerns or whatever. And you know we will answer as honestly as possible. So pick our brains whenever you want.
