hi guys,

i saw a couple of threads w/ yahoo mail problems. i still have not resolved it... does anyone continue to have this problem

what is the solution or best fix. ?

I'm not sure which specific problem you are referring to. I was trying to do IMAP but finally gave up and switched to gmail.

& let us know who your service provider is. There is a fairly simple fix for Sprint users that I have done myself if you can't send e-mail...

I talked to a guy at Alltel the other day and he said you would need a paying Yahoo! Mail account to be able to use it on Outlook. So, I am just running it off the internet browser and getting my school mail from Outlook.

In the software forum ther is a thread about forcing IMAP for Yahoo free accounts. apparently it works for many people. I'm not one of the lucky ones though so I switched to gmail.
