By way of my phone carrier rep I lost all info on my phone via master reset. Now I am back at my PC expecting to download via active sync. but now I have an error message on startup that says "we're sorry there is a problem with cprog.exe" and I now have no service nor other abilites with my phone. I need help so what now? thanks
