Default Wifi?

I was looking through the file manager and founf a filein the windows folder in the main memory called connmgr_wifi_8021x.cpl.xml . Sorry if this was posted somewhere else.

search.. wifi does not work on the Q1.

Yeah I know that Wifi doesnt work on the Q but why would that be there. I thought it might be for another program but why would it be in the OS folder

Because there are phones running WM5 (or 6) that do have WiFi chips. Why make a completely seperate OS of each?
