Who do I call? I won my motorola Q at my church in a raffle. It was bought from Motorola and not Verizon I am assuming becuase it does not have the Verizon logos like my older phone. I have an issue with my settings and receive an error. Who do I contact about this because I am sure it is a hardware issure. Verizon will most likely tell me they can't help becuase the phone was not purchased from them. Will Motorola help since the phone was a gift, that came in a VIP Bundle with Bluetooth Headset and Surround Sound Headphones and many other accessories? Thanks |
