Default What Key Do You Use For Wake?

I find it hard to justify QCaps for just having a wake without the keypress doing anything so I'm curious what most other people do.

Either Shift or Alt seem to work well without causing the phone to "do" something with the keypress.

(I have my backlight set to 30 seconds and the display timeout set to 1 minute.)

QCaps does more than that. That's just a secondary option as a convenience, since we are hooking the keyboard we can ignore a keystroke after your screen timeout has elapsed.
