Weird problem.... - Motorola Q Forum

My wifes Q the screen goes black....randomly. It looks like its dead or just turned off. The weird thing about it is that I am able to call her phone and it rings. Normally if the phone was turned off it would go straight to voicemail and not ring but hers rings the full 4-5 times and then goes to voicemail. I cant even hold the power button to shut it off. I have to take out the battery and start it up again. Any ideas or anybody relate?

Its not locked is it? When the keys are locked the screen shuts off sooner, and you can't use the power off key until you unlock it. you can still answer a call though. if it is locked there should be an unlock soft key then press * (the A key)
