Default Weird problem...

So all of a sudden today, anytime I go to an email account on the Q and hit 'menu'... It'd lock up for a few seconds and then give me the "Program has failed" screen and do I want to send or not send the error report. I rebooted the phone several times.. Made sure no other programs were running and nothing. Now a few hours later I can get into the menu again but my 'Delete All' option is missing. I tried to reinstall it and it says the install was unsucessful. So I go to remove programs thinking I'll fully uninstall it first and it's not even there anymore... Not sure what to try from here...

Well now after about the 14th reboot I was able to reinstall Inbox Extender and it seems to be ok again. Any ideas what possibly caused this though?

So now I have another extremely weird problem. I wasn't even using my phone last night but it was sitting near me. I see that it restarts on its own. So I pick it up and now the phone isn't booting up all the way. I'm at the home screen but only half the screen is loading. Not all the lines are there. I have no service at the top. Start menu and Contacts buttons both do nothing when clicked on. The only thing I can do is go to the previous programs that have been opened and I CAN get to websites. I tried everything including taking the battery out and letting the phone sit overnight. Just put it back together and still the same problem. I have very few programs installed on the phone and I have nothing running right now. Any ideas?

Edit: Forgot to mention that the battery icon is staying at the empty stage with exclamation over it like you get when the phone is booting up even though it has a full charge.

I was thinking it was maybe one of two programs that start on bootup so I managed to navigate through file manager to remove them and that didn't help at all. I didnt think it would being that they've both been installed since the day I got the phone, but at this point I'm trying anything I can think of..

So I just finished the master reset and installing a few things and some reg hacks. Now I go to a website and I get a popup asking if I'd like to enable PCS Vision. I click yes... Then I get an error saying "Unable to place call" and it takes me back to the home screen!

hmmm...nags...been following your attempts...do you have Sprint? There's been two other instances related to their Power Vision THIS weekend. Not saying you haven't tried this, just covering all options...

Start > More > More > More > PCS Vision > Update Vision Profile

My April 2007 SprintQ needs this "little assistance" from time to time. What with that and the somewhat spotty coverage here in Austin, I've been known to grumble, too. If this doesn't help now, remember it for later...there will be a later!!

Tried that as well. Doing the 'update' locked the phone up everytime. Since I just did a master reset I didn't have anything to lose so I did a second one. This time it worked with no problems. I didn't do anything different but it just magically started workin' finally.
