After calling tech support i was told to go to 'settings' and then to 'regional settings' and to change language to spanish, it was english, and to effect change - turn off phone and after turning it on again to to the same thing again only this time change to english - after turning phone off and on again -problem was solved.

This happened again - and solution worked but this is time consuming - has anyone else any better solution?
