Weak battery

I've had my Q for about 3 months. The battery was tremendous for the first two months. I only had to charge it every 48 hours for the most part. But now I'll charge it over night, and barely use the phone and the battery will be dead by 9pm. Has anyone else had this experience? Is there anyway to get a new battery since it's only 3 months old?

I took mine back to the Verizon store. I have 2 batteries, and same experience only I am getting less time now since purchase end of August. Take it back and smile at them and get new batteries.

Have you checked to see if the IR Beam and Bluetooth are turned off. These two are major drains and I have found mine one a couple of time mysteriously. I do not have as much drain from the BT being on as the IR Beam.

Yeah seriously.. I had to receive some contacts from a person with a Palm pilot and so i enable IR and i forgot for a few days and my battery life changed significantly. I remembered when i read this post and now everythings back to normal! Phew!!!

To turn off the IR you de-check "Receive incomming beams" in Settings/Conncetions/Beam correct?
