Volume Issues

Still figuring all the quirks out after non-stop messing wiht the new Sprint Q over the weekend.

Volume issues, while in a call can I lower the volume?
I was using the Sirius program and it was blasting Stern at the office and I couldn't figure out how to lower the volume as it was playing. Can someone help? PLEASE!!!!!

Hold down the scroll wheel. The volume control should pop up.

you should be able to just roll up and down with the scroll wether in call or using media player.

I would just go into windows media player and lower the volume up or down. Its rather easy to do.

The important part of that sentence is to go into windows media player. I had trouble with the Sirius volume too until I figured out I needed to open WMP and from there it was just fine.

Thanks for all your help. I just wasn't holding down the wheel long enough for the volume to show up. It was a little hairy with Stern talking to some girl and it was blasting in my office. It was freaking out and just didn't spend the time to figure it out. Thanks!
