Volume Controls - Audio via webpage?

When listening to an online radio station how do you control the volume? Using the dial just scrolls up and down and pushing it in first does not work either. Obviously the arrows do not work either because it just scrolls up and down.

In windows media, the dial works for volume, but when listening to an internet radio station you are on a web page so it does not work.

I figured it out. I had read elsewhere to push in the dial, but I guess I did not realize, that it is push in and hold for a second or so. The volume control comes up and then I can adjust it with the dial.
