 |  Voicemail Wav download I have a Black Q by Verizon Wireless and my office voicemail is sent to my email via wav file... Unfortunately with I go to download the attachment associated with the email the wav file does not appear in the email... Any ideas concerning this problem... The other guy in my office has a silver q and he gets his email from our voicemail service just fine... HELP!!!!! |

| Do you use TCPMP or CorePlayer? If so, enable WAV files under File Associations. I use CorePlayer and have no problems getting my voice mails. I believe WMP will not play WAV files. |
