vibrate stays on!

this morning a new problem started. whenever i receive a text message the phone vibrates, which isn't new, but it won't stop vibrating until I turn the phone off or I receive a new phone call! Any ideas?

maybe try a master reset, sounds like some files are corrupted

this happened to me second day using it. just held off button, shut it down, and then turned back on, haven't had it happen again.
