 |  USB Device not recognized I've had my Q for about 3 months and it has worked fine. I use the USB cable that came with the phone to connect it to my laptop and sync to MS Outlook '07. A couple of days ago I plug the device in and I get "USB Device Not Recognized" message. I really have no idea what I'm doing but I've tried removing and reinstalling Active Sync, have even downloaded the new version (4.5). Device Manager seem to be telling me that there is no driver file, but I can't find anything on the web about drivers for the phone? Any help would be appreciated.  |

   | i think "it's decided" that the drivers for the Q come /w Active Sync (see this thread), so a reinstall of Active Sync should have helped..
