Deaol Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 3 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Updated, now having issues? I just recently updated my Q's software via the moto website. I am using Telus and the update went smoothly. After the update I went to reprogram it back to my network and I am getting this error : "Phone Error, The Operation Failed" is there a way to manually program it? .. I am stuck in a rut, as my providers bs customer support is closed and I have to jet early tomorrow am.. guess it was a bad time to update my software thanks in advance for any help ... its much appreciated.
