Default unknown numbers

is there a way to set up the ringers so that when a number not in my contacts or is "unavailable" rings a certain way?

that would be awsome! fyi i signed up on the national do not call regestery with my cell number and so far its working, no telemarketers calling is nice!

Ok, maybe not... :-( It appears that email and txt messages still sends audible notifications. (I know, I could disable those as well, but I am to lazy to go through and switch a dozen settings)
