ok, so you can't perform a master reset from within Windows Mobile.
Try to perform a master reset when you turn it on:

You may have to try this several times. You should then see a black screen and a dialog box to ask if you want to reset your Q.

that don't work, try taking the battery out, wait a few seconds, then put the battery back in and try it again . . .
