To Do: Recommends

I am looking for a simple to do list app for a PC/Q. I found ListPro, which is exactly what I was looking for, only to discover it doesn't sync with Smartphones, you have to copy the whole list.

Any recommendations?

You don't mention why you don't use the Tasks feature that comes with Windows Mobile. What do you need that it won't do?

It won't group items in categories.

Ok I see, that's a limitation of the Tasks application on the Smartphone. You can use a PIM replacement program, like Papyrus, or a Tasks replacement like Oxios Tasks.

If you use a PIM replacement, your Outlook tasks will sync and will also retain any categories you assign to tasks in Outlook on your PC.
