Tivo transferred videos on Q too small

I have read multiple threads about the video playback resolution using windows media player is not full resolution on the Q (I beleive 320x240). I too am experiencing this but have not been able to find the solution. My videos are on my desktop/laptop using Tivo To Go. The software works fine for taking my Tivo recorded programs and viewing them on my laptop. But if I sync those same videos using Windows Media Player it transfers the videos to my 2gb card on my Q using a lower (smaller) resolution. I just can't beleive I can stream video from my sling box full screen, but I can't successfully transfer Tivo files through Windows Media player at full screen. Isn't there anyone elses out there that has successfully done this? Why should I have to buy a Video IPOD to do this when what I want to do is built into the technology I already have? someone, please help
