Default Butter fingers!

I have dropped mine SOOO many times it is impossible to count. I have a two year old who will run around the house pretending to talk if I am not careful and leave it where she can reach. When something else gets her interest she drops the phone on the tile, the carpet, the concrete, and the hardwood floors.

I chipped the corner out of the lower right edge of the phone. All works fine. I am on my third Q (all software issues) and I finally (not out of necessity, but security) bought the Speck tough case for it. If you have the dropsies, the rubber case really helps protect the phone.

I don't work for them or have any affiliation with their company, I am just a satisfied customer! Plus for the Q I think mine was 30 bucks!

This may sound weird but I've only dropped my Q 3 times... Errr Uhhh, I mean Knocked it off the nightstand engaging in adult activities.....

Ironically enough it never broke, shattered, chipped or anything....

Maybe I should let Motorola know that the Q performs well if knocked off a nightstand during this scenario .......

Really? I have that case and hate it. I can't get the thing to fit in the holster, and the case makes it so much bigger that I can't comfortably fit it in my pocket.

I have never dropped my Q, but I have winged it like a skipping stone at a dude one night. We were at the bar and he got all lippy so I reached for the only thing I had. by the way if you ever want to wing your phone at someone. make sure you really want to do some damage, because this phone is nasty when thrown. oh and I still have the phone. there is not a mark on it. and it still works like a charm, and he's still lippy...the Q may have to go round 2

I maintain that bad things do not happen to me.

The case DOES make the Q a bit bulky. I never take it out of the holster though. I just unclip it from my belt and use it. I don't mind the bulky part though. I am a large fella, and holding a dainty phone is problematic for me.

Though you said the Q faired well in this battle, maybe you could do more damage with the 'Razr' I couldn't resist!
