Text message send/rec issues..Need some help

Alright... So I'm not sure if this just started happening... I've started text more than usual recently and I've noticed a really anoying issue with text messages. Sometimes they will go right through and everything is fine... and then other times...they take 30 minutes or an hour.

The part that gets me.. is she gets them out of order... for instance:
I send a text at 5:00 she gets it and responds fine.
at 5:02 I send another text.. she doesn't gets it.
at 5:05 I send a text and she gets it fine again.
5:30 comes around she gets the text from 5:02.

This happens on my end also... I'll get 2 or 3 from her.. and then get one that never made it from 20 minutes ago.

Anyone else have this issue? or know a work around... I can have her send me text messages to my e-mail and solve 1/2 the problem... but it still doesn't resolve mine never getting to her.

I have the original moto Q... and when I send the texts it does say "Message sent" my reception is not the best.. but I still connect or pocket msn/or normal calls just fine.

Also forgot to mention I'm using sprint.

After further tests... I think it's only the receiving that is broken. I tested it on a friends phone and the ones I send... go right through.

I've called sprint.. and they have no idea what is going on..they've reset my phone and my texts.. and nothing has worked.
