Default Tcpmp

Alright the mods of everythingq.com have done wonders for me and made me feel really stupid. So allow me 2 ask another stupid ? how do you install TCPMP on my Q......i downloaded it and opened it and there was several files setup.xml being one of them. Was just wondering the proper way of installing these files because i really dont want 2 screw up and do it wrong. I also know that all are amazing and know everything so please help me out on my stupid ?'s one more time.

is it a .cab file ? if so copy to the Q and open/execute it there using File Manager... if it's a .msi or .exe open/execute it on the pc with the Q connected using Active Sync.

lol had no intention of making you feel stupid
you asked a question and i answered!

the file i directed you to is a cab file even though it looks like a zip file

then just proceed like rudeboy said...move the cab file to your Q via active sync and use the file manager to navigate to that file and click on it and it will install

no, don't say an/or feel stupid, not are the questions... everybody has had their first day so to speak, all the mod squad is going for is that people use the search button a little more :}

when here and available we are willing to help...

Ive always had this problem and no one has ever really answered me. I extracted the files 2 the desktop and then opened Activsync clicked on explore then clicked on my windows mobile device and added the files there. Still i am having problems installing the files because when i click on the setup file it just comes up as a webpage desplaying the code

it is a cab file which is an install file for the Q
do not zip the file...move the .cab file to the Q and use the file manager to install...

do not unzip the file even though it looks like a zip file
i assure you its not

copy the entire .cab file to the Q, don't unpack it. then open/execute it on the Q wiht the File Manager.
