Taskbar/Start Menu

What ever you want to call the menu at the bottom with start/contacts.

My question is how do I change how it looks? I know I've seen it before on the Vista themes where they changed it to actually look like a vista task bar. I just don't like the boxy look and wanted to know if I can change how it looks, as in make a new one in PS and replace the JPEG or what ever the image file is with the image file I want.

Is this possible? I've done a search on a couple forums and looked all throughout my Q for some kind of taskbar file and nothing yet

only thing you can do to change it is download and install 'smart tool kit'
its not a jpg or any image you can replace

I downloaded it and tried it out, not really a fan of the program, too bad it's the only way to change the look of the task bar :/
