syncing/importing a calendar?

my work uses first class mail/calendar/web/everything else.

my co-workers and I all use this program to update a shared calendar with events, times, etc.

I would like to be able to have my Q be updated with this calendar.

I am able to export the calendar to my computer as a .vcs, .csv or .csv for blackberry.

so, my question is - how do I get one of these files to sync with the calendar on the phone?

the windows mobile device center is unable to do so apparently.

I am happy to hear any tips. perhaps there is another way to do it, or another program I can use?
