Default syncing calendar issues

ok, i make changes to my schedule on both my phone and my laptop. the problem is when i sync it up sometimes the changes are reflected on both devices, sometimes the changes i just made are reverted back. is there a way to do this so that the most recent changes are the ones sync'ed?

i am using Vista with MS outlook. on the phone i have Papyrus

yes, but the only option are to replace the items on the phone or vise versa. so if i change it in one place then sync it goes back to where it was prior. until i change it a second time

Each time you sync depending on which way you need to update you will need to flip that option. SO if you want to update phone to pc you need to replace item on pc if you need to update pc to phone that option should be flipped. Have you tried this?

Default Clearing the calendar for a refresh.

I'm having a problem trying to clear the entitre calendar in the phone so I can refresh with my current calendar on my PC. I have tried using wireless sync and using the calendar refresh option and that didn't work. I tried using active sync and deleting my phone and re-adding it, the message says it will delete all contacts and calendar entries, but it doesn't and then duplicates and triplicates my entries in the calendar. I have been able to get my contacts cleaned up, but my calendar is way out of whack.

Anyone have any suggestions barring doing a master reset on the phone?
