Default Synch with Vista

I tried searching for an answer first but sorry if this is a dupe post. Trying to do synch with my Moto Q and can't seem to find a way with the software to pull over home screen files. It doesn't look or work the same as it did on my XP station. Do I drag/drop files manually? Please help!

There is no software required to pull anything over. just pull it over!

I think they are talking about how there isn't really an "explore" on Vista with Mobile Device Center like on XP with Active Sync.

Exactly! It's been awhile since I've synched anything over and now it's all different and the instructions listed in the FAQ don't seem to apply to Vista.
