Default sync prob
ok everytime today i tried to sync my phone with my computer an error code appears any help

it says

ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop

Support Cod:85010014

I had problems with my NEW laptop connecting to my Q.

Followed the directions above and it connected,....I had problems at first, but changed a few things in the files and it works like a charm....
