Default Switching from BBerry/5600 to a Q

I'm planning to switch from my Audiovox SMT5600 on T-Mobile to a new phone on Verizon Wireless. I typically carry around two devices: a blackberry for work, and my 5600 for personal life. I have a few questions about what would happen If I were to pick up a Moto Q and combine everything into one device for both work and play:

1) Can the Q sync two separate calendars with Outlook? Right now, I have a calendar at work that syncs with my berry, and a calendar at home for the 5600. I'd like to keep work/home separate (so that snoopy coworkers can't see what goes on in my personal life) and was planning on creating two separate calendars within Outlook. Can the Q handle syncing with both, or will it only let you carry one calendar around?

2) I've never seen or held a Q in person - is it really that pocketable for a smartphone? The berry I have right now is a PITA to carry around, whereas my 5600 is quite obviously very pocket friendly. Does the Q's thinness make it just about as easy to bring with you as any other regular phone that might be smaller by length or width, but thicker in depth?

I love my Q, but if I was entering the market right now, I would have to say that I would wait until the new 8100 Blackberry came out.

It looks like it may make some serious noise.

agreed...the phone looks awesome, though I think it's only GSM. I personally prefer GSM over CDMA, but am being forced to switch to VzW by my new job.
