static in handset..Typical?

after I first place or recieve a call, I have some static in the ear piece of my handset. Should I take it back to sprint? or is this typical?

not typical, i don't have any issues and i use/wear my headset 8 hours a day..

that's what you said in the first post, headset... i have a Plantronics 510 Voyager and like i said, no issues.
