 |  Sprite problem... I just bought the full version ($30) of Sprite Backup and whenever I go to backup I get an error. It says, "Error- - An unexpected error occurred. If this problem persist visit http://www.spritemobile.com/support/support.html" It occurs when I select backup, then next, then get the Device Reset Required screen, and once I click next for it to restart the device it gives me that error. Almost as if my Q won't let the application restart it. Any ideas? Hoping I didn't just blow $30. |

| Alright... so I got it working. Whenever I backup my system folder and everything, does that include the registry hacks I made? Or will I have to put those all in again? Last edited by bchill; 10-05-2007 at 02:05 PM. |

| bchill...hey! I got Sprite Lite...same error msg! although the trial version worked just fine. Got an e-mail off to them but don't expect an answer til Monday...so, what did you do to get it working? As I am QOnly, backups are important to me (got my CAB files tucked away on an SD somewhere) and any information you could offer would be appreciated! Thanks. |
