Sprite Backup - Restore backup on different Moto Q

Long story short, my MotoQ was one of the ones that was stuck in the never ending start up cycle. Ended up getting it replaced at the Sprint store earlier today. I save myself A LOT of time, I restored the Sprite Backup I had from my old phone onto the new phone. Everything works except for the Internet. It will not allow me to connect at all, even to update my vision profile. I've been through it with customer service and through the ##3282# menu.

Wondering if anyone has encountered this before, and knows how to fix it ... or any ideas on how to fix it. I figure something in the registry is just off, but hopefully I can change it. I'd hate to have to go through step by step to bring back all my apps and tweaks.
