Well, I honestly can't tell you how it can/cant help. I'll give you an example of my situation. I live about 1 1/2 miles from the tower of my provider. I work right next to the building of my provider. At home, I sometimes only get 2 bars, at work I get full bars almost all the time (because i'm right next to the tower obviously), but in between you and the tower there can be hundreds of obstacles, buildings, etc, etc, that are causing the signal to degrade.

well, just called sprint she said she opened a ticket and that one of their network specialists will check on my issue.

well guys i received a call from a speint technician and they gladly told me that they had plans of setting up another tower within 4 blocks of my house i am so happy this should be done by the end of the monthhhh. will update u guys when i havw final word on thistle

I'm getting a speed of around 125 kb/s no matter where I am. I'm always showing the EV icon until I connect to internet then it gets switched... Did you ever figure out your issue?
