If you are currently in contract with Sprint, it's pretty tough to switch over to SERO. Check out the SERO thread over at slickdeals.net (click on Forums then Deal Talk) for tips. From what I've heard, you're may have to call Retentions (*2, then say Cancel) to switch over as CS normally won't (or can't) do it. If you can't switch this way, then you might be able to port your number out to a Tracfone and then port it back in after you've established a SERO account - but you'd have to pay ETF going this route, and this route has also caused ppl trouble. Best bet is probably several polite but persistent calls to Retentions. Good luck.
