Sprint On Demand

OK, so ever since i activated my Q i realized my on demand wouldnt populate anything when i typed in the zip code. Everytime i would enter the zip code, it will go to the screen saying preparing on demand experience and it would keep looping back to the enter zip code screen. Now i have had two other phones that have had on demand and used it a ton of times so i know its not me. Anyways, question is, the rep at tech support said i needed to download something else to make it work? She was about worthless. So, i called back and spoke with someone else and she said she had to put in a trouble ticket. So i dont know what to think. Is there anything i can do to make my on demand work? Or could it really be a network problem with my phone? help...

I think saw this in another thread. There might be 2 icons now in your start menu. one the says "Get on Demand" and one that just says "On demand" If you have both use the one that says. "One Demand" Might work... might not... Thats just what I thought I read...

I believe you that when you click on the "Get on Demand" link it should've installed the "On Demand" software and the next time you run it it should've installed the Microsoft .NET framework version 2.0. It could be that your phone skipped installing the framework which could be making it go in loops. Hope this helps.

if it doesnt install the net framwork 2.0 for smartphones....search google for that and it will take you to the microsoft page for you to download it
