I, for one, have had excellent support from Verizon, both in the store and on the phone. The latest example was on Friday 3 days ago. I managed to fall into the lake with my Q safely stowed inside a zipped pocket inside my pants (clearly nothing bad could happen to it there, right?). After drying out for several hours, it would only buzz when I put the battery back in and turned it on. I called Verizon when I got home, got all the information I needed from them, was forwarded to Assurion (the insurance I pay for monthly, thank God), and they were also very helpful. Best of all, the replacement phone is waiting for me at home right now (I called about 8PM Friday).
