| thanks do you know how to restore sound to the moto q after it stops working....it works when it rings but it does not work when attempting to play mpw or when trying to change ring tone.? Quote:

| sounds yes the sound works when the phone rings...however when i go to sttings and sounds i cannot play any ringtones and the same when i attempt to use the media player....the only thing that works in sounds is vibrate....also, when i have the volume up it is white noise like speakers are on but nothing going to them. |  I found that holding the earpiece dial in and waiting for it to appear on the screen , then turning it up the volume will return....you will then be able to hear all ringtones, plus your media files...thanks forum. Quote:

| secret I was wondering...is that secret menu cool? what does it offer.? also, when installing a sdmini card what menu do I use to format if that is what need to be done...? Quote:
