  |  Sound Issues I've done nothing really odd with the phone but my Ringtones still play and all my alerts still play at their volumes but if I try to start up Windows Media or preview a ringtone it wont make a sound..... It's perplexing, and if I need to do a master reset, is there a way to save all my contacts ? |

| The most likely cause of this is the main volume is turned down. Press and Hold the scroll button. It'll pop up a screen with the ear piece volume. Crank that up, and you should be fine. |
