Default Skipping mp3s?

So yeah lately i've been listening to my mp3s on my Q. Everything seems fine, but once in a while when i'm listening to my songs it just automatically skips to the next song when I never press a button.. Has this happened to anyone else? The quality of the mp3s are fine cause they do play through most of the time, but this happens occasionally to ANY mp3 on my list.

And I thought I was the only one this happened to...

Song length, bitrate (16-128), file size or type, main storage or SD card(s), speakers or bluetooth, in my pocket or just sitting there; WMP may (or might not) jump to the next cut at any time.

I've seen alot of postings recommending TCPMP as an alternate player but I'm still looking for a player that allows increasing the playback speed to at least 2x normal (similiar to WMP for desktops/notebooks).

Anybody got any ideas???

BTW, I'm not able to upgrade to the latest Q software. "Why not?" you ask, because Motorola requires ActiveSync 4.5 and that won't support Outlook 2000. Talk about planned obsolescence.

With Tcpmp You Can Increase The Playback Up To 300%....(will Sound Like The Chipmunks)

I Never Use Wmp Once I Switched To Tcpmp. You Can Ake Playlists In Tcpmp Also.

I was wrong here....200% speed increase not 300%....mike250rs was right. Its the "fast forward" speed I was thinking of, which is able to be set more than 200%.
