System Tools or Repair Several Issues

My Q has been nothing but a headache so far. I love the device but every feature I use doesn't seem to work right. The first issue I am running into and the most critical is that when I use the wireless sync all of my appointments get put on my Q with the times way off. I thought this could be a time issue but every where I have checked (I have checked the wireless sync website, the Q data and time settings, my PC, and the software date and time settings) the time zones are all the same and set to my current time zone. Also when I view the wireless sync website it has all of the appointments displayed with the correct times.

On my PC the Wireless Sync software never successfully syncs with the verizon server. It connects sends all of the data but it says that an error has occur but their is no error message anywhere. It says to check the activity log but that shows success. It also updates everything on the website but never returns the successful message.

The next issue I am having is setting up a VPN Connection to my office. When I fill out all of the settings and click done, it always says their was an error and the settings aren't being saved. I have changed my VPN to a different VPN to match the Q set-up and that didn't work either so I don't know what I am missing.

The next issue I am having is that the email settings I have entered in for my Outlook on the Q don't function properly. When I send an email out it I get a response with says the email account is invalid when I know for a fact it is. I can't seem to get the Q to send out any emails except out to it's own outlook box.

I have done a master reset and started all of the settings over again but that didn't seem to correct the issues.

Default one item resolved

i have found that the VPN needed to have a nae of alpha-numeric characters and no spaces. I would have been happier if the message said that.
