Sent Messages Notification.....HELP

Hi There,

New to the Q, old Blackberry user.

I know the two are complete different handsets, layouts etc....
But there is just one thing I cant let go of the Blackberry which is the Sent Notification email.

On a Blackberry, when you send an email, you have either a checkmark indicating that the message was sent successfully and an X when the message did not reach the recipient.
This was great as we all know are networks are not 100% trustworthy and their are emails that just dont arrive to the recipient due to packat data issues.

This feature is great as that one important email I sent out, never arrived, and I was informed it didnt arrive, so i would just re-send.

NOW...with the Q, i find i dont get this notification that the message was sent successfull or not. This is so crucial to me at my job.

Does anyone know of a way or a setting I can have that feature on the Q? There has to be an option im missing here.
Any help would be appreciated.

Im running off my company's exchange server wirelessly.
