Sent Items View

So I managed to get my boss' sent items folder syncing with our exchange server, now the problem is, when looking at his sent items on his Q, they show the from field, date, and subject... obviously, since this is his sent folder, they are all from him. How can I change this folder view to show the TO field so he hows which message is which?

I can't answer your question, but I can ask one. How did you get the sent items folder to sync or populate?
