Ringtones cutting off

Hey all,

I made some custom ringtones (.mp3) with Adobe Audigy and my Q cuts them off at the point where I have a "Fade out..." come into the ringer... can the Q not support this? Has anyone done a fade out with a .wav file or other file?

how long is the song?
i think by default the song will only play for 30 seconds before voicemail kicks in

It's a 14 second ringer, but it has a fade out at the end of it. It's definitely playing all but the fade out because it repeats itself like it should.

i have not done a song with a fade out...but i dont see why it wouldnt work...
have you tested out a different song?
