You could also try phoneAlarm. www.pocketmax.net Gives you some really good options. I have mine set to vibrate and ring. It vibrates then starts ringing in the middle of 1st vibe. Not sure there is the pulses,but, you get profiles that you can change b4 u go into the meeting so all events would vibe or anyother setup you want. I think it is btwn $5 and $10. I think it is worth it bcoz the developer is very responsive to issues.

I'll check it out ... but that sounds like what I already have. Currently, I have what you and GOLDENBEAR described, as it vibrates then rings alternately and can be set up this way in the phone w/o 3rd party software. I will go to the site you provided and explain my precise need/requirement/desire. I am grateful that you provided this link and I hope they understand what/why this is so important to a person who is constantly using the tool of communication - without it being initially or knowingly intrusive to anyone around me.
