 |  Reset from image? Master Reset = no good How do I do a factory reset. I already did a master reset and some settings for an app is still present. So that app doesnt work. I need to erase everything. |

  | A master reset is the best you can get other than swapping a phone out -- it will reset it to the result of the last Firmware update. Just to make sure, are you holding the center button while you turn the phone on to perform the master reset? |

| No I'm not holding any buttons down. I just go to: Start > system tools > master reset and it resets everything. Clears the contacts, removes photos, etc. I have a 3rd party program that no longer works after I did my first master reset. Some data from the program gets saved after a hard reset. |
