Request for Input Regarding Personal Experiences I purchased a Motorola Q through nTelos in November. My experience with the phone and/or cell service has been a negative one. My problems are intermittent, but frequent enough to provoke me to seek an exit from my nTelos contract and a refund of my deposit. The problems I'm experiencing include:
- The phone doesn't ring when a call comes in.
- The phone doesn't notify me of new voice-mail.
- SMS messages aren't delivered within a reasonable time, or aren't delivered at all.
- Calls aren't terminated immediately upon pressing the End Call key.
I'm interested in learning of your own experiences with this phone and/or nTelos cellular service. |
