I simply need to obtain a new glass shield for the LCD display and would also like to get the full black Verizon housing. What are the options besides using the cnn.cn business in Hong Kong?

If someone cracks the case on the Q, where would someone take it and where do the repair facilities get their repair parts? Surely American businesses do not wait for cnn.cn to get it in stock.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think this is why the warranty is almost 100% necessary. I'd just get another one. It will probably cost more to find the part, take it in, pay the labor, etc. etc. You might want to get Sprite backup, make sure you have saved all your important Q stuff and then transfer it onto the new Q.

Just a suggestion, but I don't know how much information you are going to find on this....
