If you go into "Account Options" of the email service that you are using and go through the setups, there should be the option where you select how much of the email that is downloaded. Choose "Entire Message" and you should be good.

It seems this option is only available via POP3 accounts. By that, I mean, non-Exchange sync'ed accounts.

I spent like a year going through every menu/option combination to find this under my Exchange account and was not successful?

So I guess it's impossible to do this?
